Common questions

Answers before you ask.

Should my team take OSHA 10 or OSHA 30?
As a rule of thumb, the OSHA 10-hour course is geared toward entry-level workers and the 30-hour course toward supervisors, leads, and anyone with safety responsibility for others. If you're not sure how to split your crew, that's exactly the kind of thing we'll sort out on a free gap-check.
How often is refresher training required?
It depends on the standard. HAZWOPER emergency responders, for example, need annual refresher training to maintain their competencies, while standards like Lockout/Tagout and Confined Space call for retraining when procedures change or when a knowledge gap shows up. We'll map out a refresher schedule that keeps you covered.
What is a compliance gap-check?
It's a free, 30-minute review of where your written programs and training records stand against the standards that apply to your facility. You walk away knowing your biggest gaps and a clear next step — with no cost and no obligation to hire us.
Do you deliver training on-site?
Yes. We come to your facility and train on the equipment and procedures your team actually uses, scheduled around your shifts to keep production moving. Custom and off-shift sessions are routine.
Are your OSHA completion cards official?
Students who complete an OSHA 10 or 30-hour outreach course and meet all requirements receive an official U.S. Department of Labor completion card. Other courses come with completion documentation for your training files.
Do you offer a discount for EANE members?
Yes — members of the Employers Association of the Northeast (EANE) receive a 15% discount on training. Just mention your membership when you reach out.
